Located a short walk from Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, iManageRent is an online platform for landlord and tenant. Its goal is to become the connected platform of choice for small landlords & property managers nationwide and truly simplifies landlording.
I was tasked with designing the user interface and experience of iManageRent's website. The goal was to truly improve the online experience in order to simpilify the tasks for small landlords. My studies explored the tension and issues between landlord and tenant. I wanted to make a direct staement to audiences that iManageRent was a revolutionary platform that could not only simpifies the tasks, but the relastionship between them.

我的任务是设计整个网站的用户界面和用户体验。我和团队们一起研究、分析了现有的房东和房客的们的问题和关系。我们想要告诉用户的是iManageRent是一个创新型的平台，针对于拥有房屋数量不多的小型房东，解决他们的切实问题，从而改善房东和房客的关系。
